Principle

Ray is the Principal and Founder of G1 Sports Agency, where he oversees all aspects of day-to-day management and operations.

With over 20 years of experience in the sports industry, Ray has built a strong reputation for designing, managing, and executing high-impact sports events and programs. His career spans work in event marketing, club administration, program development, and strategic partnerships across both grassroots and elite levels of sport.

While his early background includes playing NCAA Division 1 and professional soccer in the United States, Ray’s expertise has evolved into the business side of sport—creating meaningful opportunities for athletes, teams, and organizations through well-executed events and initiatives.

He launched G1 Sports Agency in 2025 as a platform to merge his diverse skill set into a company focused on professional event planning, sports marketing, and community engagement.

Ray studied Mass Communications at St. Francis College in Brooklyn, New York, and also brings previous experience as a FIBA-accredited basketball agent, contributing to his broader understanding of international sports business.
